Two Oceans have some great recipes on their website, in particular some fab fish ones, which I’m not too proud to steal and share.  I think they’ve appropriated this one from Jamie Oliver, so it could be third hand at this stage!  I’ve adapted this classic fish pie and added my own touch.  It’s real comfort food, perfect for a rainy Sunday evening with a glass of  Two Oceans Chardonnay which is described as “ medium-bodied wine, light straw in colour with a tinge of green.
