Here’s a recipe I’ve unashamedly taken and adapted from the Two Ocean’s website.  They actually have some pretty great recipes on there, and naturally they offer wine matching suggestions, which are very handy.  Don’t be put off by the number of ingredients, this is a very quick and easy stew to make with very little prep time.  This stew goes equally well with either a Pinot Grigio, or a Chardonnay - served chilled.  I tried the Two Oceans Pinot Grigio, which is described as having peach, apricot and lychee nuances.  Very good match.
