Last week I posted a recipe I found on the Two Oceans website and this week I found another one on another wine website – Nederberg – which I had to share, a really unusual twist to lamb chops.  Nederberg pair this with their Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz – a big wine that works well with big flavours.
