OK it’s not everyday that we have a chance to eat lobster, but when a special occasion is called for, wouldn’t you like to know how to prepare and eat a lobster? Personally boiling lobster is my favourite way to prepare it; lobster is so delicious I think the best plan is always to keep it simple. You can serve with home-made lemon or garlic mayonnaise, crusty bread, a fresh green salad and a bottle of Pongracz.  Sparkling wine is renowned for going well with lobster, and Pongracz is a Chardonnay based sparkling wine which gives is a certain creaminess that goes well with the succulent white flesh.
